The staff were super friendly, professional and
Helpful throughout my stay. I was impressed by the quick check-in process and how they catered to my dietary needs at breakfast. The only drawback was the limited breakfast selection, though the quality was high. A lovely experience.

The room was romantic, huge on the upper floors. Tea making facilities, air conditioning, and coffee available were an advantage...

There is lots of delightful food for breakfast. The location is magnificent and beautiful in a very very nice area, near to a Tex-Mex restaurant, all the best shopping and eating places and the Landmark, a very large department store with a huge food court.

The location was magnificent and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from Greenbelt Mall. Twin/double room I stayed at was huge with big bed.
Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I loved the in-house dining at Celeste! The meals were great, and the access to nearby gems like Jasmine and Choi Garden for quick bites added to the culinary thrill. Plus, the location was spot on-less than 5 minutes to Greenbelt's high-end shops.
Just a tiny quirk, but the room had a scent that was a bit off for my nose. I could hear people strolling outside, which might get on some folks' nerves, but honestly, I was too busy enjoying my stay.

Wi-Fi access, spacious room and King size bed.
Hotel is situated along the roadside of a road junction, noise pollution caused by passing vehicles can be heard. Kichen was closed for renovation from March 1-15. Only served breakfast and we are allowed to order in Lunch & Dinner. But we are not being provided a list of alternative eateries numbers to call for delivery and have to go out to Greenbelt find food.

Couples looking for a romantic getaway
The customer service was great, every small concern addressed promptly and with respect. The large well thought of room had a comfortable bed, perfect for relaxation after a long day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but given the quality, I'd say it was fair.
